Provide standard templates

As a Program Manager, STE, RTE or Scrum Master, I would like to have standard blueprint templates for Confluence to support key PI and iteration events (I&A, Retrospective, Demo, Review, IP, etc.) which can be automatically generated from Jira and linked to the corresponding project in Jira.

Currently we are providing samples spaces, which you can download from our documentation, but I think the real benefit would be the automation: Creating a PI with Agile Hive in Jira also results in an automatically created space in Confluence for PI Planning. I really like this idea.

Jan Kuntscher: We tried to import the one sample space, but we don't currently have Aura and couldn't get it to load. I was (as noted to Ingo below) thinking more in terms of Confluence macros that we can incorporate into pages that will pull the content in. And yes, I agree with the automation aspect where we can.

Isn't that something for Atlassian rather? Is that something you can do, Jan Kuntscher?

Ingo: My original thought was to have pre-defined Confluence page templates or Confluence macros that pull in Agile Hive content, similar to what other add-ons do, like Zephyr Scale or Structure. They have macros we can incorporate into our Confluence pages to pull in content from those Jira add-ons. Those are provided by the vendor, not Atlassian.

Russell Smith: Ah, cool, that I understand ;-) Thanks for the explanation!
