Based on SAFe, we can manage and create PI for solution train that can be create same PIs for all ARTs under it. But in agile hive we can create PIs only for ARTs in program level.

We want create same PI for all ARTs under a solution train.

I'm working at the Deutsche Bahn and we use SAFe in many internal organisations. Currently I work as a Solution Architect for DB Netz in a Value Team with a Full SAFe configuration (thus including a Solution Train). It would be tremendously helpful, if we could create "syncronized" PIs on a Solution level, instead of having to add PIs on the ART level. We currently have several ARTs and it's in their jurisdiction to add and modify PIs; so sometimes the dates do not line up 100% between PIs overarching the Solution, which in turn leads to multiple entries for a PI on the Solution level and some (sometimes continuous) work to tidy it all up / keep it synchronized. thank you for your idea. 
We imagine that the PIs are created at the Large Solution level and then passed on to ARTs.
ARTs who do not work in a Large Solution Train can still create PIs independently.
What do you two think about it?

In agile hive we have to create PI for each Art seperately. But in our case we want create same PI for all ARTs under a solution but we cannot create PI in solution level.

Jan Kuntscher: As long as you can set at either level, that would work for us. I did check and we have some programs which have synchronized ARTs within the Large Solution, and others that don't. So the solution has to be flexible and allow either case.

Mahmoud Shabanzadeh Would you still want to have the flexibility to do it by ART vs. by Solution? I see the potential benefit, but we do have cases where some of our ART within one of our solutions have differing schedules, but have another solution where we want that standardization across even the ART level.

Russell Smith: Yes. It would be much better if we could have both options. In our case, the trains under the solution plan in a coordinated manner.
