With the addition of the PI Burn-Up Chart at the Program level, replicate this functionality for the Solution level.

As a STE / Product Manager, I would like to be able to see the overall Burn-Up chart for the PI.

This would provide the ability to see the overall solution PI Burn-Up and track how the solution is progressing.
