Add 'Risk' Issue Type and View on Portfolio Reports

We recently identified that we have a need for Risks at the Portfolio Level, in addition to the Solution, Program and Team level. We would like to see the Risk issue type added to the Portfolio layer, as well as adding in the Risk panel to the Portfolio Reports view.

Hi Russ,
you can easily add any issue type to the Portfolio Level or to any other level or project.
We like the idea to display the risk tile in the Portfolio Report.
