As an RTE, Scrum Master and Team Member, I would like to be able to filter the Program Breakout Overview to only display those items which have an external dependency so that the ART can focus on those for specific scrum events.

With the addition of the Dependencies dropdown menu on the Program Breakout Overview, it would be helpful to have an additional option to show items which have the external dependency warning. This way, teams can do an additional drill down during ART and Solution sync events to make sure the external dependencies are addressed.
