While working with the Program Roadmap many our colleagues experienced, that its some kind of hard to add and group new elements into the Program Roadmap.

For example, if u want to ad an issue betwenn two others you have to,

first move all others down to create a space and 2nd insert it in between.

It would be very nice to have a feature like, if you add an issue all others could move around while holding the new issue with drag&drop.
