As a Scrum Master, I would like to be able to set the Team Capacity by Team Member and to be able to use this to determine if a team member is overloaded (similar to id the Team overall is overloaded).

Jan Kuntscher: I wasn't initially sure if it was the same thing, but the concept you suggested as a possible solution would work for us. Simple calendar by team member to denote availability. The only 'catch' for us is that we have a 4x10 hr work week, so there may need to be some flexibility there.
